House Hunting
my husband and i are looking for house we can call our home. it's the search for our dream home. and i think we've nearly found it. had already arranged a meeting with an agent for this evening.. lovely house (double story link, not at all grand looking but the neighbourhood is gorgeous), serene area... hope it looks better inside than the outside.. and i'm being really positive about this.. the house is pricey.. but i just know we'll find a way to be able to afford this. so the next meet i have to arrange is with bank rakyat..

Hi Payjal! the house i mentioned is in presint 14, right nxt to presint diplomatik. my hubby says it's perfect for me since i grew up in a 'diplomatic' environment. hehehe.. payjal nak beli rumah ke apartment?

300k..and to be eligible for discounts you have to get in line, fill up forms and wait ur turn.. only if ur lucky u'll get a decent house. i was eyeing for the open market. we did view the house.. and it was a dream (perfect design, spacious rooms, lovely finishings)!! so i guess it'll just remain a dream.. can't afford it just yet.. and by the time i can, it'll probably long be sold.:(

300k before or after 25% discount? IF after discount probably around 225k right? Our government loan eligibility taking into accoun the July increment will be around 240k. Just nice for you to apply for the gov loan right?
My house is in Taman Mulia, Nilai just beside the Pajam exit Kajang-Seremban Highway.262k for corner lot, very spacious 2600 sq feet built up. Love at first sight for both of us. Did survey other places but that house was the best. Interior plaster ceiling is standard, 4 rooms, 4 bathrooms. Moreover my parents now live in Nilai and in-laws in Seremban..okla
hey, that's quite a big house alright! good for you;) the house i mentioned is second hand market. the owner is selling it for 368k. but there are a few lots allocated for government servants. maybe i should just fill up the form to get the quota.
about what u asked me the other day.. i've talked to our HR. they say u have to go direct to JPA. HR have already written in to them for officers to fill in available positions. maybe you can persuade JPA to make the right selection;)
Who's the developer of the project? Do they have a website? Just want to have a look.

hi payjal!. sori, i don't believe i've replied to your post. regarding the developer, i'm not too sure. but u can always take a tour around the area and call up the agent to take a look at the house. the one i contacted is mr. chow - 019-3558972
